BALLOON SCULPTURES - DELIVERY INFORMATION

How far in advance should I book my delivery?
We strongly advise that you book your delivery as far in advance as you can.
Balloon sculptures are all handmade to order and need to rest for at least 24 hours before despatch so that any weaknesses in the latex show up before they leave our workshop. To allow for this we have an order deadline for each day of the week.

For a Monday delivery the order deadline is midday on the Thursday before. Despatch is on Friday. Please bear in mind that your delivery may arrive on the Saturday.
For a Tuesday delivery the order deadline is midday on the Saturday before. Despatch is on Monday.
For a Wednesday delivery the order deadline is midday on the Monday. Despatch is on Tuesday.
For a Thursday delivery the order deadline is midday on the Tuesday. Despatch is on Wednesday.
For a Friday delivery the order deadline is midday on the Wednesday. Despatch is on Thursday.
For a Saturday delivery the order deadline is midday on the Wednesday. Despatch is on Thursday.
Please bear in mind that your delivery may arrive on the Friday.

Why are some dates fully booked already?
Every delivery is booked into our manufacturing schedule as soon as the order is received.  We can only make a certain number of sculptures in any one day so a large order for table centres, Valentines Day and other popular dates could mean that our schedule sometimes fills up. We try not to say 'No' to anyone as we know how much pleasure our balloons bring to those who receive them but there are rare occasions when this is unavoidable. Our calender for 2010 is below.

We strongly advise that you book your delivery as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment.
