Shipping Rates and Policy
Some of our products still qualify for FREE Delivery, (when ordered on their own or with other qualifying products) and this is clearly indicated on the individual item description.
Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Standard First Class or Royal Mail Second Class or by Courier.
Our current shipping rates are:-

All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If Royal Mail or the carrier is unable to deliver because of an incorrect address, then we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery supplement. While we try to deliver all orders in accordance with our policy, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery once the item has been dispatched from Squeaky Pig. We only offer the free delivery service to the UK (not including Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
All items that are in stock are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of your cleared payment, certain products, including all handmade items will be dispatched in accordance with the timescales stated within the product description. In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would advise you of when you will receive your order or we will issue a full refund.
Damage in Transit
It will be your responsibility to notify us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this failure to do so will effect any claim against the carrier.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you believe that there are items missing from your delivery, please check that the order has not been part shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we must be notified as soon as possible after deliver, so we can liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the products are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturer's packaging or use any of the items. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect products.
We will not accept liability for any goods lost in transit unless we are notified directly by you that they are missing to email@example.com.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect or damaged on delivery goods if we are not notified by you direct via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
What can be returned
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are excempt from the right to cancel:
- PERSONALISED ITEMS
- BESPOKE ORDER/COMMISSIONED ITEMS
When do items need to be returned by
You have 7 working days from the delivery date of the goods, to cancel your order in writing or via email: email@example.com. For cancellations within 7 working days of the delivery date of the goods, you will be entitled to a full refund (including any carriage costs incurred when ordering). You are required to ensure that the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when purchased, including the manufacturers packaging. You are liable for any carriage costs incurred when returning the product to us. You must also ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Where do items need to be returned to
Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation. You are not required to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
Shipping for returns
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
Credit for returns
Your Paypal account will be refunded once the item is returned and inspected. Credit will only be made for the product and any original shipping rates, return shipping rates charges will not be refunded.
Product Packaging Materials
The product's packaging material must be in the same condition as when received.
This Cancellation & Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

The terms and conditions on this website were amended on 10th June 2010. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and coditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
